33. Initially there was a little mix up but Brian quickly and professionally corrected that. All’s well that ends well.

38. Im usually pretty good with tech but the website is pretty brutal to navigate on mobile devices. Slide downs and pop ups make it annoying to navigate. Too much going on. Majority of my purchasing is done on mobile vs a desktop.
    Delivery and service was perfect couldn’t ask for more.

47. Founders is a great veteran owed (but I repeat myself) company. I’ve personally dealt with Brian a couple times and cannot praise him enough. The website is easily navigateable and shipping is quick.

That said and as a veteran, I only deal with Founders and another veteran owned cigar company. Brian, co-owner and co-founder of Founders continues to exceed my expectations and surpasses normal customer expectations. The website is easy to negotiate and delivery is prompt.
