The story began in 2009 when Glen, Luke, and Rob founded Titletown Tobacco as a private members-only cigar club. What started as a shared passion for premium cigars quickly became something much bigger. The friendships, conversations, and experiences created around the cigar became the inspiration to build a cigar lounge that could be enjoyed by the entire Green Bay community.

After searching for the right location, the founders discovered a historic property at 159 North Broadway in downtown Green Bay. The location provided the perfect setting for their vision.

On July 28, 2015, the doors officially opened under a new name: Prohibition Spirits & Cigar Lounge.
